I am a type-A, driven woman that used to believe self-care was just about massages and baths, which I hate by the way! And then I got the smallest piece of wisdom and it changed everything.


I used to wait until just before sleep when I got into bed to read a book and found myself reading the same paragraph again and again because I was so tired I didn’t remember what I was reading.
